Personal Training Excellence (PTX) is a high-qualified team consisting of two fitness and health professional trainers dedicated to providing personalized training services. Their goal is to help everyone that can benefit from it.<\/p>\n

PTX was created when Gon\u00e7alo and Tiago felt the need to create their own project, so they could put in practice their shared vision of training for health and physical condition.<\/p>\n

The empathy between both was came naturally after they realized they had different skills that were complementary, and that would be an advantage to provide a comprehensive service to their clients.<\/p>\n
