Muscular Activation is an approach that allows for an evaluation and correction of muscular imbalances, reduces joint instability and limitations in the range of joint motion. It is a non-invasive technique that optimizes the whole training process. A joint will only be healthy and functional if the stabilizing muscles are working properly.
