Personal Training

Our personal training service aims to improve our client’s functionality by securing their neuromuscular and articular integrity. Our sessions are planned accordingly with the client’s physical ability, after an initial evaluation at the beginning of each cycle of training.

We’ve created an objective-oriented training process for each client through a constant detail-oriented monitoring towards each exercise. This allows us to create a highly rewarding and fulfilling training experience for our clients.

Our client’s objectives will always be taken in consideration when planning the training sessions, regardless what their goal is: weight loss, performance improvement, health training or recovery training after lesion treatment
